March has arrived, bringing the first gentle signs of spring. Migaku is proud to present our seasonal Sushi Kaiseki Course — a beautiful celebration of early spring flavors.

This full-course experience begins with a vibrant selection of appetizers inspired by Hina Matsuri (Girls’ Day), featuring colorful, delicate bites that capture the joy of the season. It continues with warm, comforting dishes including A5 Wagyu, and finishes with a refined selection of 10 premium sushi pieces.

From glowing firefly squid and Seattle Manila clams to fresh mountain yam and the first tender greens of spring, every dish is crafted with care by our chefs using the finest seasonal ingredients.

Zensai – Appetizers

Zensai - March 2026
  • Firefly squid with rapeseed blossoms, egg-yolk vinegar sauce
  • Plum-shaped pickled daikon & carrot (red and white)

  • Unagi Yawatamaki — grilled eel wrapped around burdock root
